All information you create in 365 is:

• Stored locally on your device
• Optionally synced to your personal iCloud account (if you have iCloud enabled)
• Never sent to our servers or any third-party services
• Never shared with anyone

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s SwiftData framework
• iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud, your data syncs privately through your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit
• No External Servers: We do not operate any servers or databases. Your data never leaves the Apple ecosystem

Third-Party Services

365 does not use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible directly in the app
• Delete: You can delete any journal entry, photo, or mood rating at any time
• Export: Your data is stored in Apple’s standard formats and can be managed through your iCloud settings
• Complete Removal: Deleting the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be removed through your iCloud settings

Children’s Privacy

365 does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Camera and Photo Library Access

365 requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to add photos to your journal entries. These permissions are optional and only used to:

• Take photos for your journal entries
• Select existing photos from your library

Photos are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account.
